Define

This step involves gaining a deep understanding of our clients business and processes. Conducted as a "joint venture," we approach the project with an open mind seeking to understand the problem before developing a solution.  This step employs a combination of top-down and bottom up analysis, ensuring that important activities are not left out and a solution is developed that covers people, process and technology.

 

Design

Building on information obtained during the definition phase we prepare a blueprint for the business solution, software, network, hardware and infrastructure required for the project. 

Further interviews and one to one sessions are conducted to compile information necessary to facilitate the design and for the development of a fixed price for the development stage. When complete, the design will provide the client with a plan detailing the project and its requirements so that the system can be developed, tested and implemented on time and on budget.

Develop

During the development phase a platform specific development team is formed to develop the system and user documentation. During this crucial phase The MHS Group   keeps the client constantly informed regarding progress. When complete, the application is rigorously tested to ensure that all functional requirements are met and performs as expected. When the client is satisfied with the results the system is ready for deployment.

Deploy and Train

During this step our team works with the client to prepare the site for deployment. Once complete the system is delivered to your site and installed. The MHS Group provides training to your staff and presents both technical and user documentation to the client. Clients are offered 24/7 hardware and software support to minimize any downtime.
